If you require product support or would like to organise onsite training on any product please phone, or complete your details.
Our Help Desk is staffed every working day (excluding public holidays). Your call will be answered by our Consultants and we aim to resolve your query in the first instance. You will always speak to a representative with our mandatory response policy ensuring all calls are responded to within a 30 minute time frame.
Our Product Support Centre will provide assistance to registered clients with any questions regarding payroll, general ledger, system configuration, HR & WHS modules.

We can provide Support services for assistance with Award Interpretation, Statutory requirements – ATO, Superannuation, or Fair Work queries as well as Workforce Management, Payroll and HR documentation and business process mapping.
