Client Help Desk
If you require product support or would like to organise onsite training on any HR3 product please phone, or complete your details.
Our Help Desk is staffed every working day (excluding public holidays). Your call will be answered by our Consultants and we aim to resolve your query in the first instance. You will always speak to a representative with our mandatory response policy ensuring all calls are responded to within a 30 minute time frame.
Our HR3 Product Support Centre will provide assistance to registered clients with any questions regarding HR3 payroll, HR3 Kiosk, General ledger, system configuration, HR & WHS modules.
